Prince Charles has been given the permission to build the elegant house. There is a speculation that the house would serve as the “starter home” for Prince William once he tied a knot. The permission for planning has been approved for the six-bedroom property from the grounds of the Duchess of Cornwall’s Harewood Park Estate.

The elegant house contains a chapel, a rainwater reservoir and stables, and its structure came from Greek and Roman classical references.
A spokesman of the Prince said that the house was designed and the purpose is the house would be rented. There is no further comment as to whom it might be offered to.
A lot of Royal spectators think Prince William will make the house as his country residence after his marriage.
