Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt proved to be Hollywood’s most generous couple as they donated 6.8 million dollars to charity in 2008.
The 2008 tax returned for the Jolie-Pitt Foundation indicated that the amount was more than double what the Hollywood couple donated in 2007. Global Health received $2 million, Human Rights Watch had $1 million as well as Pitt’s Hurricane Katrina charity got 1 million dollars.
Other recipients: Armed Services YMCA of the US Army got 500,000 dollars and 1 million dollars to projects in Cambodia.
