Angelina Jolie, a Hollywood actress, arrived in Vietnam last Wednesday night to complete the process of adopting a 3-year-old Vietnamese boy.
The 31 year-old-actress was hurriedly escorted into a car with dark windows and driven from the airport, according to a photographer employed by the Associated Press.
Angelina Jolie is set to meet with U.S. consular officials in order to review the adoption before granting the child a passport after she receives the Vietnamese boy The actress will also participate in an adoption ceremony with officials in Ho Chi Minh City on Thursday morning. The Vietnamese law makes it difficult for unmarried couples to adopt that is why Angelina Jolie is applying as solo parent.
