Brad Pitt received a fellowship into the Design Futures Council.
The Hollywood actor, who had a love of building projects since he was a kid, is one of 13 individuals receiving the honor and was selected for his contributions to design. He previously launched an affordable housing project in New Orleans, Louisiana after the city was devastated by Hurricane Katrina.
The council co-chairman James P. Cramer revealed that they are most inspired and congratulate the new DFC Senior Fellows.
