A spokesperson of the W magazine insisted that they did not do anything unusual or out of the ordinary on Demi Moore for the photo. The spokesperson added that their cover reflected that Demi is an extraordinary beautiful woman.

Demi also denied that she became a victim to a botched Photoshop job as she posted the original image that matches the cover image. She also dished that her hips were not touched and warned not to let rumors fooled them.

The Punk’d star was filming new flick, Five Killers, in the Bahamas on July 7 when production was halted as Ashton was rushed to a local hospital in Nassau, a production insider told The ENQUIRER.

“Demi was terrified,” the source confided. “She’s been staying with Ashton while he’s been filming water scenes for the movie. And when she was told he was being rushed to the hospital bleeding from his ear, she thought the worst.

“Demi really lost it for several minutes. She was crying as she raced to the hospital.”

Ashton was diagnosed with a ruptured eardrum. He was promptly treated and already joking around with hospital staff and production assistants by the time Demi arrived.

“When Ashton saw Demi, he said cheerfully, ‘Hi, honey! I’m fine. Come join the party!’” said the source.

According to medical experts, a ruptured eardrum can result in hearing loss and can lead to infection and other complications – but Ashton was given the all-clear to fly back to Georgia to continue filming the action comedy with Katherine Heigl.

“Ashton was a trouper,” added the source. “He didn’t even miss a day of filming.”

The Twittering hordes swung into action and flooded the girl’s local police department with calls. The San Jose, California Police Department later reported she had been found alive and taken to hospital for evaluation.

About an hour after the scare, Demi Twittered: “Everyone I was very torn about responding or retweeting that woman’s post but felt uncomfortable just letting it go.”

“It is my understanding that the situation was not a joke and that through the collective efforts here, action was taken to provide help,” she added later.

Her husband Ashton Kutcher chimed in on his own feed: “Wifey reported a suicide attempt based on a @ reply tweet she got and saved someones life.”
