The sisters Britney and Jamie Lynn Spears were spotted wearing bikini in Miami on Monday afternoon. They spent about an hour at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel pool with their kids and parents.

A witness claimed that the sisters looked pretty good shape. Jamie Lynn showed off her post-baby body in a very little bikini and white spangly top.

According to the witness, the family stayed in the pool for about 20 minutes. Britney was working on her tan and Jamie Lynn went to a cabana on the beach with her daughter and her mom.

As the weather overcast on 2 p.m., the family went inside for lunch, added by the witness. Britney’s Circus tour hits Orlando Tuesday night, and Miami on Wednesday.

Jamie Lynn Spears has reportedly called off her engagement to her baby daddy Casey Aldridge.

The 18-year-old, who is the younger sister of Britney Spears, got engaged to Casey when he proposed when she turned 17. The couple are parents to one-year-old daughter Maddie Briann.

The boyfriend of Jamie Lynn Spears has reportedly started walking again after being hospitalized with head injuries following a car crash last month.

Casey Aldridge, 20, was reported to have suffered a cracked skull after he was thrown from his Ford pickup truck on a Louisiana highway on April 26. It is thought that he lost control of the wheel while driving home from his cousin’s bachelor party.

Speaking to People, a family friend confirmed that Aldridge had been well enough to perform his duties as best man during last weekend’s nuptials, saying: “He had the weakness of having been in bed and still trying to get his feet under him, but he made it.

“It was outside, it was hot, but he did okay. It’s just going to take him a few weeks to get better.”

A second wedding guest added: “He was not very animated. He is usually quite lively, but he seemed lethargic.”

Aldridge, who is the father of Spears’s eleven-month-old daughter Maddie, was later charged with the misdemeanour offence of careless operation of a vehicle.

He’s out of the hospital, but Casey Aldridge must now deal with the legal implications of his recent truck crash.

Alridge, 20, who was better known as Jamie Lynn Spears’ boyfriend and the father of their baby daughter, 10-month-old Maddie, was charged with careless operation of a motor vehicle, a violation of Louisiana Revised Statue 32:58 after he drove off a road into a ditch and flipped his F-250 pickup truck on April 26.

According to Louisiana criminal attorney Lester Gauthier, who is not involved with the case, Aldridge will face a fine of no more than $175 and/or imprisonment for not more than 30 days.

“A typical sentence might be the fine plus court costs,” says Gauthier. “He may not have a prison sentence. If he is given a prison sentence, it likely will be suspended.” The suspension, he explains, would not be enforced if conditions – such as a driving course – are complied with and he does not get into further trouble during the probation.

“[Aldridge's] license would probably not be suspended,” adds Gauthier, and the teen may not even need to appear in court. “With the court’s permission, an attorney could appear for him. He could pay the fine and not have to appear.”

The police report states that of the four passengers in Aldridge’s truck – Dustin Havard, Cody Jenkins, Charles Knapp and Eric Estes – two were ejected along with Aldridge when the vehicle rolled over. Which, Gauthier adds, could affect the outcome: “Certainly an accident with injuries would be considered more serious than simply running off the road into a ditch.”

Casey Aldridge, the boyfriend of Jamie Lynn Spears and father to her 10-month-old baby, was released from a Mississippi hospital on Friday, five days after flipping over in his pickup truck while partying with friends at a late-night bachelor party, a family source revealed.

“Casey got home today, and he’s doing really well,” the source says. “He’ll have to have some rest for the next few weeks. He’s still got a headache, but everything looks good.”

Aldridge, 20, suffered a head injury that required no surgery and apparently caused no permanent damage, the source says. He was taken to a small, rural hospital in Vidalia, La., early Sunday and later transferred by ambulance to the larger University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, where he spent time in the intensive care unit.

Spears has been at his side since the incident, even riding in the ambulance with Aldridge on the way to the Mississippi hospital.

“They’re both at the house in Liberty (Miss.),” the source says. Spears’s mother, Lynne, has been keeping the couple’s baby, Maddie Briann, “for most of the time during this whole episode, but I guess the baby will be going back home. Now Jamie Lynn will have two babies to care for.”

Aldridge had been attending a bachelor party for a cousin who is getting married next week. He is the best man, “but I don’t know if he’ll be up to that or not. We’ll just have to wait and see,” the source says.

“He came out of ICU,” a source revealed, adding that doctors are hopeful they’ll soon be able to discharge Aldridge – the father of Jamie Lynn Spears’s 10-month-old daughter Maddie – from the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, Miss.

Aldridge, who turned 20 on Wednesday, was up “walking around twice [on Tuesday],” says a source close to the family. “He was a little wobbly because that’s the first time he’s been up since the wreck.”

As for how Spears has been handling the incident, a friend said she’s holding up well. “I’ve been very proud of her,” says the source. “I’m really impressed.”

Aldridge was hospitalized after flipping his F-250 pickup truck on the driver’s side on a two-lane road in Louisiana at about 1:30 a.m. Sunday.

The accident – during which three of the five occupants, including Aldridge, were ejected from the truck – occurred after a bachelor party for Aldridge’s cousin at nearby Lake Bruin on Saturday, according to a source. The two other passengers thrown from the truck suffered less serious injuries.

Suffering head injury, he was quickly rushed to the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Mississippi to receive treatment at the intensive care unit.

According to reports, Casey was driving his 2008 Ford F-250 after attending his cousin’s bachelor party at nearby Lake Bruin on Saturday, April 25 when he accidentally lost control of his ride that it went off the shoulder of a road. The 19-year-old guy and two of his four passengers were thrown out of the car when it rolled over the street. At the time the accident occurred, Casey was not wearing his seat belt, it has been claimed.

As of press time, Casey reportedly remains hospitalized at the University of Mississippi Medical Center, but has been removed from the intensive care unit. His baby’s mother, Jamie, has been staying by his side during his hospital stay. Some other family members were also present at the hospital.

Speaking of Casey’s latest health condition is his uncle, Odus Jackson. To US Weekly, Odus reveals, “There was just a little swelling, but he’s alert. They’re keeping him under precaution for a couple of days to make sure that no bleeding starts, but at the moment he’s still resting well and doing well.”

“He’s been talking, and they were keeping him awake as much as possible. It looks like he’s probably going to be over the danger,” Odus continues. “I think they’re going to keep him under observation for about three days. Doctors are telling him that he should recover to full normalcy. It’ll just take some time for it to all heal up – the brain. As I told somebody, he stepped over a snake, thankfully.”

Despite the injury, Casey will still face legal charges. He reportedly has been charged with careless operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor. His court date hasn’t been set up just yet.

Aldridge, 19, was driving a 2008 Ford F-250 pickup when the wreck occurred at 1:30 a.m. Sunday near Lake Bruin in Tensas Parish, La., Master Trooper Billy Ziegler of Louisiana State Police tells PEOPLE. The accident happened in a stretch of road described as an entry and exit for Lake Bruin, a recreational lake that is a popular spot to fish.

After the accident, Aldridge was taken by ambulance to Riverland Medical Center in Vidalia, La., police say. There is no indication that he was tested for drug or alcohol usage.

A source said that Aldridge was attending a bachelor party for his cousin, when he and some friends decided to go crabbing. He was driving his truck with several passengers when it went off the shoulder of the road and flipped over, adds the source.

As for Spears, another source said: “This must be just horrible for Jamie Lynn. I know she loves him.”

A representative for Spears has yet to comment.

UPDATE: Casey Aldridge may need surgery for a blood clot on his brain, according to sources close to the situation. He also has a broken ankle.

While Aldridge is in stable condition after crashing his Ford F-250 truck at approximately 1:30 a.m. Sunday (a one-car accident), he still may face an operation.

His condition is being monitored closely, the source said, as Casey slept on Sunday afternoon.  Doctors have warned his family members that when they believe his body is strong enough to handle it, Aldridge may go under the knife.

On March 4, Jamie Lynn Spears and her boyfriend, Casey Aldridge, were spotted leaving their New Orleans hotel after attending her sister Britney Spears’ Circus comeback concert the night before.

According to a report, Jamie Lynn Spears wants to try her hand at country music. Britney Spears’ baby sis has relocated to Mississippi since the birth of her daughter, Maddie, and “has quietly been working on a country album since last fall,” says a source close to the family.

Up to now, Jamie Lynn’s only musical credit has been warbling the theme song to her now canceled Nickelodeon series Zoey 101, but that hasn’t stopped Team Spears from “trying to get Jamie Lynn a record deal,” says another insider.

The 17-year-old Spears recently recorded demo tracks in Nashville but has yet to land a label. Still, the sessions mark the first attempt for Spears to get back into the entertainment game since she and fiancé Casey Aldridge welcomed Maddie last June.

While the Spears family declined to comment on Jamie Lynn’s new venture, she did tell the Associated Press in 2002 that crooning was in her future.

“I’ll probably do a lot of acting first, then go to singing,” she said, “but I am going to definitely sing someday. So when I do start singing, buy my album!”

Jamie’s talent as a singer has been shown since she played in Nickelodeon’s TV series “Zoey 101″. In addition to playing one of the TV show’s main characters Zoey Brooks, Jamie also sang a song called “Follow Me”, which served as an opening theme for the TV series.
