Jennifer Lopez filed a multi-million dollar lawsuit against her former husband Ojani Noa over his attempts of releasing a film about their marriage and home-video footage of her.

The singer thought that her former husband came up with a proposed feature film called “How I Married Jennifer Lopez: The JLo and Ojani Noa Story,” which she believed that such a project would violate a settlement agreement between the former couple.

Jennifer included in her allegations that there is 11+ hours of previously unseen home video footage of the ex couple, which showed the singer in sexual situations, especially in the hotel room footage from her honeymoon with her former husband.

A report suggested that the bombshell 11-hour tape includes a footage of the singer playing bedroom games with first husband Ojani Noa, one sizzling scene showed her famous butt as she was only donned a bra and panties.

Sources believed that the singer is ashamed by the planned release of the image-shattering tape because the singer projects a sexy but wholesome image.

Jennifer Lopez is a wig fanatic — she’s devoted an entire room in her Long Island, N.Y., mansion to her favorite hairpieces.

The Ain’t It Funny hitmaker — who welcomed twins Max and Emme in February last year — has spent thousands of dollars creating her own hairy haven, reports America’s Star magazine.

A source tells the publication, “Jennifer keeps the door locked and hardly ever lets anyone in the room, not even Marc.

“The shelves on the walls are full of plastic heads holding the best hairpieces money can buy.

“Jennifer spares no expense when it comes to her looks. Since her actual hair is shoulder-length and fairly thin, the wigs allow her to always be experimenting with new styles.

“She has short, long and superlong looks, but clip-on buns are one of her favorite tricks. Hers are so elaborate, they seem to take on a life of their own!”

Jennifer Lopez is desperately trying to save her marriage to Marc Anthony, according to reports.

The singer, who gave birth to the couple’s first children, twins Max and Emme, in February last year, is keen to have more kids with Anthony, but is eager to get their relationship back on track first.

A source revealed: “Jennifer is determined to make it work with Marc. But these two have serious, serious issues. Jennifer feels like Marc is holding her career back, and she was sick of his social butterfly mentality while she stayed at home with the twins. There are times when she’s had it, and close to ending it.”

The source continued: “She’ll throw down her ring and say, ‘That’s it.’ But when Marc realizes he’s about to lose her, he comes right back to Mommy. She enhances his life – she’s a huge star and good for him, and he does love her. And really, all their fighting makes for some fiery passion in the bedroom.”

The source also revealed: “She wants to make sure her marriage is secure before she has more kids. Jennifer needs to ascertain that Marc will assume his half of the parental responsibility.”

The source added: “She will never give up the red carpet, and certainly doesn’t want to be barefoot and pregnant, locked down or locked up. She wants to give Max and Emme siblings, but she loves the attention of the spotlight. She does not want to be a stay-at-home mom.”

Jennifer Lopez’s music might be out of tune, but her babies definitely aren’t.

“They’re very in-tune with each other,” the singer/actress said of twins Max and Emme at the launch party for Kate Moss’ Topshop in NYC on Wednesday.

“They’re walking, they’re talking, they’re babbling a lot – all of that kid stuff.

In fact, Lopez is so enamored with her babies, she could chat about them for at least 12 months. “Oh God, I could talk for a year about that!” she said.

Lopez – who turns 40 in July – also said “sleep is key” to staying in shape (and judging by this picture, the Jenny From The Block star has been spending the majority of her time in bed, instead of on the treadmill.) “It makes everything better,” she gushed.

Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony celebrated their 1-year-old twins Max and Emme with a birthday party at their Bel Air home on Saturday.

About 50 guests, including Nicole Ritchie, Joel Madden and their daughter Harlow, 1, joined the casual afternoon party, which started at about 1 p.m.

Several guests were seen arriving with gifts in Elmo and Disney bags. Others brought stuffed animals and “Happy Birthday” balloons in festive shapes and colors.

The backyard, where the party was held, was decorated with festive metallic silver balloons and a blue-and-red color theme. Two moonbouncers, a clown and upbeat music entertained guests, who were served non-alcoholic slush drinks provided by The Margarita Man.

Guests sang “Happy Birthday” while a cake decorated with candles from Rosebud Cakes was presented.

Max and Emme’s actual birthday is Sunday.

Jennifer Lopez’s excuse for not wearing her engagement and wedding rings at the Golden Globes earlier this month was that they simply didn’t go with her dress.

The celebrity couple have denied the persistent rumors of marital strife but it was revealed that Jennifer, 39, has secretly seen a lawyer to investigate the logistics of a divorce.

A source revealed: “She and Marc are fighting like cat and dog over everything.”

The proof of this was never more evident than on New Years’ Eve, when a spat at the La Concha hotel in San Juan, Puerto Rico, turned embarrassingly public just after midnight.

According to a source, a furious looking Marc “was wagging his finger in [Jennifer’s] face and appeared to be scolding her. She looked miserable.”

Many of the couple’s ongoing disputes are over how to raise 11-month-old twins Max and Emme.

Marc is a devout Catholic, as was Jennifer when they met. But in the past two years she’s developed an interest in Scientology – of which her father David is a devotee – with the help of her best friend, 38-year-old actress Leah Remini.

One source added: “J-Lo feels that it would be beneficial for them to have Scientology in their lives. She keeps arguing that her father is the most decent man she knows and she’d be happy if her twins grow up with even some of his values. J-Lo has even said she would consider sending them to a Scientology school.”

Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony showed no signs of marital trouble when they shared a duet at the Western Ball Tuesday evening.

Before Lopez joined Anthony on stage for his last number, he called her “my wife” and kissed her. They then belted out a love ballad in Spanish. During the song, the two often gazed into each other’s eyes.

After the duet, they kissed again.

The singer-and-actress attended the Latino Inaugural Gala in Washington, D.C. on Sunday evening (18.01.09) and admitted Obama was the only person she was interested in meeting.

She revealed: “He is the biggest star here, even though it’s chock-full of celebrities. The night he won the election, you could feel it in the air. I was watching him with tears in my eyes, thinking, ‘Yes. Something is different. Something is happening.’ We’re very excited.”

Jennifer’s husband Marc Anthony added: “Washington has never had a bigger rock star at the helm.”

Meanwhile, Ben Affleck has revealed he is so determined to see Obama sworn in as America’s first African-American President today (20.01.09) he is planning to “camp out” on Washington D.C.’s Capitol Hill.

He said: “I’m going to camp out. I’ll bring a tent and a heater!”

Ashton Kutcher has also pledged his support to Obama and has encouraged other famous faces to do the same.

The 30-year-old actor’s company Katalyst Media has teamed up with networking website MySpace to ask celebrities to record video messages of support for the politician. In the clips, each star details how they plan to help Obama affect change in America.

Ashton said in a statement: “The Presidential Pledge is a platform for people across the nation and throughout the world to make a first-person commitment of service to our new president, articulating a specific intent or action to become an agent of positive change.”

In the video, he says he will “represent my country with pride, dignity and honesty”.

Ashlee Simpson – who gave birth to son Bronx Mowgli in November – promised to be a “great mother”, while Eva Longoria vows to “plant 500 trees this year to help our planet”.

Eva Mendes states: “I pledge to volunteer more of my time to help children battling serious illnesses.”

Jennifer Lopez has further dismissed reports her marriage to Marc Anthony is in trouble, after she failed to wear her wedding band to the Golden Globe Awards on Sunday (11Jan09).

The singer/actress attended the prize giving with Anthony but fueled reports their marriage is on the rocks when she was spotted without a wedding ring.

But Lopez insisted that she was just making a fashion statement.

She revealed: “Every time I’m not wearing my ring, people think I’m getting divorced. That’s crazy. It just didn’t go with the dress.

She added: “Divorce is not and was never an option.”

The couple has been dogged by break-up reports for weeks, with one U.S. tabloid claiming Lopez and Anthony will announce a break-up publicly on St. Valentine’s Day (14Feb09). Publicists for the couple have dismissed the report as “nonsense”.
