Jessica Alba was involved in a parking fight on November 12 while she is on her way to shop in Beverly Hills.

The supposed quick shop at Prada became a debate after another parker accused the actress stealing his parking spot. A man, who was driving a dark blue Range Rover, kept arguing with the actress until parking enforcement arrived and wrote her a ticket.

In the end, Jessica decided to finish her Prada shopping before calmly leaving. Meanwhile, Jessica Alba will be seen starring in the upcoming “Valentine’s Day” as well as “Sin City 2″.

Jessica Alba seemed the latest addition to the cast of comedy sequel “Little Fockers”.

The “Fantastic Four” star is in negotiations to join the Ben Stiller/Robert DeNiro comedy film. Her role will be an attractive pharmaceutical rep whose looks stir up trouble on male characters in the story.

Paul Weitz (About A Boy) is directing the movie, which is scheduled to open on July 30, 2010.

Meanwhile, Jessica Alba is set to star in the Robert Rodriguez thriller “Machete” as well as Garry Marshall’s romantic comedy “Valentine’s Day.”

Last time she was snapped on the beach she covered up in a kaftan. But yesterday, Jessica Alba showed off her fabulous figure as she relaxed on the beach with her husband Cash Warren.

The 28-year-old actress, who had her first daughter last year, has absolutely no trace of mummy tummy – looking completely lean and trim in her striped bikini, which you could see her bikini pictures here.

The gorgeous couple hung out in the water, chatting and hugging, and then made their way up the sand for a spot of sunbathing.

The pair must have been taking a tiny bit of time off from being new parents as there was no sign of their daughter – 13-month-old Honor Marie.

A bit of beach time must have helped them unwind from their packed schedules.

Film producer Cash has just been filming in China and Jessica’s schedule is packed at the moment.

This year alone, she has filmed roles in drama An Invisible Sign of My Own and murder mystery The Killer Inside Me.

She is currently filming her third movie this year, starring alongside Ashton Kutcher, Anne Hathaway, Julia Roberts and Jessica Biel, entitled Valetine’s Day.

Writing on her MySpace page this month, Jessica also revealed she is working on a top secret project.

She said: “I have been working hard on a few new projects that I think you guys will hopefully love.”

She added: “I am really trying to push myself beyond my comfort zone. Will come back soon and post more details.”

Jessica Alba has made a donation to the United Way in Oklahoma City, where she ran into trouble for attaching a poster to one of the charity’s billboards.

The United Way of Central Oklahoma announced Alba’s donation Thursday.

Spokeswoman Erin Brewer says Alba’s lawyer asked the charity not to disclose the amount, but that Alba qualified for a program that recognizes donors who give $500 or more. Brewer deemed it “generous” and “appropriate.”

The 28-year-old actress had been in Oklahoma City filming the movie “The Killer Inside Me.”

She previously apologized for putting up posters aimed at raising awareness about the declining population of great white sharks. Police have said she will not face criminal charges.

Jessica Alba will not face any criminal charges for plastering shark posters on Oklahoma City property on behalf of a conservation group.

“The decision has been made to close the case,” Police Sgt. Gary Knight said in a statement. “The case will not be presented to the district attorney’s office.”

Police decided not to pursue a vandalism case because none of the property owners wanted to press charges against the actress, who has apologized.

“I got involved in something I should have had no part of,” Alba said in a statement last week. “I realize that I should have used better judgment, and I regret not thinking things through before I made a spontaneous and ill-advised decision to let myself get involved with the people behind this campaign.”

Alba, 28, is currently in Oklahoma City filming The Killer Inside Me with Kate Hudson and Casey Affleck.

Jessica Alba is being investigated over alleged vandalism incidents in Oklahoma City, according to TMZ.

The actress, who has not been named by local police officially, is reportedly under investigation after two blogs reportedly “implicated” the actress in gluing up several posters of great white sharks around the city.

According to the police department’s crime report, obtained by Access Hollywood, the shark posters were discovered on at least two electrical boxes by Wendell Whisenhunt of the Parks and Recreation Department of Oklahoma City.

The shark posters were glued to the side of an underpass and on top of a United Way Billboard.

According to the crime report, at least two blogs on the Internet posted photos of the suspect “posing in front of some of the posters.”

“Two photos depict this female with a red bucket and what appears to be a bottle of glue,” the report notes.

The suspect’s name has been blacked out of the crime report, however, in photos which appear on TheLostOgle, a woman that appears to be Alba is seen holding her hands up and smiling in front of the shark poster pasted over the United Way sign.

The same woman is also seen pasting a shark poster on the front of an underpass. In a third photo, she is seen posting up the shark image on a large electrical box.

According to a blog from “White Mike,” the posters are being put up to draw attention to the Great White Shark population.

And on June 4, White Mike wrote: ” Just came back from OK! Had a blast tagging with a new friend. Check out the pics with Jessica Alba’s help here” on his Twitter account, however, the link to the reported images has been removed.

On Tuesday afternoon, Alba issued a statement confirming she was involved in the incident and offering an apology.

“I got involved in something I should have had no part of. I realize that I should have used better judgment and I regret not thinking things through before I made a spontaneous and ill-advised decision to let myself get involved with the people behind this campaign,” she said in a statement to Access. “I sincerely apologize to the citizens of Oklahoma City and to the United Way for my involvement in this incident.”

Meanwhile, the actress is keen to expand her family now she’s finally lost the weight she gained as a new mom.

The star gave birth to baby Honor in June and immediately put on weight. She had to race off to the gym to get her pre-baby figure back.

She tells news show Extra, “I worked out. It wasn’t fun. Twice a day. I ate really healthy.”

But now she’s back in shape, Alba wants more kids with husband Cash Warren: “We’ll have a few (kids)… three or four.”

It looks like Jessica Alba and husband Cash Warren are ready to turn their family into a real Fantastic Four.

The couple, who were married last May and are already parents to 10-month-old daughter Honor Marie, were recently spotted scoping out potential new digs in NYC and are making sure their new pad is spacious enough to accommodate another baby.

“Jessica wants a three-bedroom apartment or bigger,” a pal of the 27-year-old actress revealed. “She wants it to have all the typical amenities: a doorman, an elevator, good closet space — but for it to be partially finished so she and Cash can complete it to their exact liking without having to tear it down and renovate from scratch.”

Jessica, who will next star in An Invisible Sign of My Own, has also been inquiring about the schools and playgrounds in each area, since she and Cash, 30, are planning to give Honor a sibling by the end of the year. “She really wants a little boy to even out the family,” according to the source.

The 27-year-old actress, who has a nine-month-old daughter Honor with her husband Cash Warren, has decided the only way to keep in shape is to stop eating processed foods including white flour and sugar.

A source revealed: “In order for her to stay thin, she needs everyone to be eating how she is. Even at restaurants, Jessica will tell her mom to stay away from something.”

“When I asked if there was anything else I could get for her, maybe a sandwich or a hot meal, Angelina’s assistant said, ‘Nope. This is all she wants.’”

The actress and her husband Cash Warren, who have a nine-month-old daughter Honor, were seen looking at properties in the east coast city over the weekend, with sources claiming they are keen to leave Los Angeles.

An insider said: “Jessica and Cash met with lots of different realtors to view several apartments. They like the idea of living in Manhattan and are interested in particular in properties under construction so they can have some involvement in what the place looks like.”

The couple may be house hunting to find a bigger property as Jessica is reportedly “desperate” to have another baby.

A source close to the actress said: “Jessica and Cash are working overtime to get pregnant. She and Cash are boasting that they love being parents and are determined to expand their family as soon as possible.”
