As his film “The Twilight Saga: New Moon” now open and most of his promotional work for it behind him, Robert Pattinson was spotted when he took a night off to hang with the guys in Manhattan.

The British star, who donned a leather jacket and jeans, hanging out with friends when they went to dinner at LaEsquina and hit the lounge at the hip Bowery Hotel.

It was reported that Rob has already signed for his next starring role in Bel Ami film. Meanwhile, the second installment in the “Twilight Saga” franchise is slated to earn more than $85 million this weekend.

Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart grabbed some some alone time in New York after they joined the cast of New Moon for the Big Apple screening of the Twilight sequel and slip away during the time for afterparty.
