David Beckham carries daughter Harper when he and wife Victoria left the Wilshire Federal Building in Los Angeles.
The couple were there to get a passport for their baby, who is required to have an American passport because she is an American citizen. Both parents must be present to obtain legal document for a minor. Security was reportedly tight while David and Victoria walked in. Armed Federal agents were guarding outside the building while they handled the paperwork inside.
