A woman filed a lawsuit against Eva Longoria after slipping and landed on her bottom at Beso restaurant in L.A. during her birthday dinner.
The lawsuit indicated that Luiza Boyadjian went to the “Desperate Housewives” star’s celebrated birthday with friends and family last year. She suddenly slipped because the floor is extremely slippery. She is suing Eva for unspecified damages greater than $25,000. Meanwhile, the managing partner for Beso dished that the company haven’t review the lawsuit and the restaurant didn’t know any incident happened in the past.
