Hugh Grant has been a serious contender for replacement of Charlie Sheen in “Two And A Half Men.”
The show was in talks with “Notting Hill” actor to become the new lead when he flew in and had 2 creative meetings. Things were progressing when he reportedly backed out unexpectedly because 24 episodes are a grind and a lot of work. Another insider revealed that if Hugh committed then the show could have gotten another 3 to 4 more seasons. Even if the deal falls through with the 50-year-old actor a replacement decision will likely be made very soon.
