Jennifer Aniston’s Strange Diet

Jennifer Aniston sparked speculation that she has a new but strange diet — avoiding processed foods and white starches.

A source dished that the 5-foot-5 actress is in terrific shape and lost a
ton of weight after following a simple rule: stay away from any and all white food.

The actress replaced pasta for egg noodles, brown rice for white, brown raw sugar for white and yams for potatoes. Her current diet includes a lot of fruits, veggies, salmon, tuna and steak.
