The pop-turned-country singer and the former “Smashing Pumpkins” frontman kept close to each other. Jessica was snapped while she waved happily to waiting paparazzi but she refused to talked about nature of her relationship with the musician, who is 13 years her senior.
A source, who dished on Jessica and Billy’s alleged romance, revealed hat the celebrity pair considered themselves “officially dating”. But another source thought that Billy was just another in an endless string of Jessica’s boyfriends.
