he has the biggest crush on her
and if he could date any celebrity
it would be camille belle
nick said the same thing
so there is a big chance they are dating
since not to long ago they were spotted
in mexico together

i dont think its true. hollywood just wants to start another rumor. Its only obvious that they would come up with this rumor, because 1. he said before she was his celebrity crush 2. she starred on his music video and 3. he just broke up with taylor. plus she seems to mature for him.
