Jon Gosselin’s Yoga Sessions

Jon Gosselin went to a yoga studio at a Los Angeles hotel on Nov. 5 as he tried his quest for inner peace.

The reality star, who donned shorts and a tattoo-revealing tank top , attempted basic poses, stretches and breathing and meditation exercises in the yoga mat.

Aside from his yoga session, Jon was spotted munching a green apple during a break by the pool. He also chatted on his phone and reading
a Taoist self-help entitled Tao Te Ching as well as a kid’s book.
