Justin Bieber was spotted out during Fashion’s Night Out in NYC on September 8.
The “Baby” singer, who was wearing spectacles and a colorful purple jacket, dropped by into Ray’s Pizza before going to Dolce & Gabbana store on Madison Avenue. Making the D&G appearance to help raise funds for Pencils of Promise, Justin proceeded straight to the airport and headed back out west to work on his music.
