Justin Bieber debuts his “U Smile” video, which is about falling for a fan because of her smile, on September 30.
On the concept of his video, the “Baby” singer explained that the story is meeting a fan, falling for her smile and the girl represents all of his fans.
“U Smile” comes from the second part of his debut studio album “My World 2.0”.
