The “Roar” hitmaker purchased the pad in 2011 for $6.5 million. Then singer asked approximately $8 million when she listed the property in early 2013 but there were no buyers. Now, the house was successfully sold for $5.65. on December 31. Unfortunately, she lost more than a million dollars after broker fees. It is reported that the person, who purchased the house, is planning to build 8,800 sq. foot Hollywood Hills home.
