Lindsay Lohan was almost crushed under her garage door when she arrived home in Venice on Tuesday night.
A photographer dished that the actress was in such a good mood while talking to someone on her cellphone. When she got home and tried to run into the garage, she got hit in the head but that didn’t stop her phone call. Fortunately, Lindsay was able to quickly pick herself up and safely enter her home after being flat on the ground.
