Mel Gibson is reportedly baffled by the furor on Tiger Woods’ private life after the golfer hit the controversy when his alleged mistress came forward.
The “Braveheart” star felt sorry for Tiger Woods as he could empathize with the golfer after his own personal life was put under the spotlight last year following his split from his wife of 28 years and the birth of his eight child with new girlfriend.
The actor insisted that there are more important issues than celebrity gossip such as history-changing event like sending 30,000 more troops to Afghanistan. He felt that the golfer was being used as a diversion.
