Michael Jackson’s Kids Place Golden Crown On His Casket At Funeral

After almost two months of Paris Jackson’s dramatic eulogy to Michael’s public memorial, the children took the center stage again on Thursday night at their father’s funeral.

Prince Michael, Paris and Prince Michael II opened the solemn ceremony by placing a golden crown on the gilded casket of Michael Jackson as more than 200 family and close friends looked on.

The funeral was closed to the media but some information of the ceremony were provided. The stage has large bouquets of white lilies and roses, and there are two pictures of Jackson in a bright yellow shirt and thick gold belt. The pallbearers included Jackson’s five brothers. Following the ceremony, Jackson’s brothers carried the casket into the Great Mausoleum, followed by guests.
