Miley Cyrus is being blackmailed to return to Twitter by a fan, who swears he will eat his cat if the teen star won’t tweet again by November 16.
The fan appeared to be eager as he started keeping cat recipes. He wrote that the “Hannah Montana” star needs to come back to Twitter but she could tweet whenever she feels like it.
Miley previously disappointed over 2 million fans after she quit Twitter and her delightful rap explaining what prompted her decision obviously didn’t cheer all of them.
