After teen star Miley Cyrus was voted the worst celebrity influence of the year in a poll, little sister Noah Cyrus earned criticisms from parents and critics over her sexy Halloween costume.
Noah, 9, wore platform knee-high PVC boots, a body hugging black mini dress and lots of dark eye make-up for the red carpet at the US Children Affected by Aids Foundation’s fundraiser.
The next day, she looked like scantily clad version of Minnie Mouse at another Halloween event. An editor of a teen magazine commented that Cyrus’ parents should haven’t allowed Noah to wear something like this since her photos would have ended up in magazines.
