Miley Cyrus, who was only two weeks into her Wonder World tour, woke up with a sore throat as she already felt the strain of life on the road.
Although the “Hannah Montana” star tried to have plenty of rest before her show in Salt Lake City Tuesday night, the crowd was informed that Miley needed medical attention. She re-emerged onto the stage after 15 minutes and completed the show, but later announced she had strep throat.
On her Twitter, Miley told her fans to keep their “fingers crossed” she feels better for her nighttime Omaha concert. She added that her dad made her smile through the worst pain she have ever felt.
