The battle for Anna Nicole Smith’s baby resumed last Tuesday. The judge refuse to immediately order of paternity test for Howard K. Stern, the former companion of Anna Nicole Smith. The paternity test would help the mystery of which of the three men fathered the late Playboy model’s 6-month-old daughter. Ten days after a separate legal fight finally resulted in Smith’s burial in the Bahamas. Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Robert Schnider left the possibility that Howard K. Stern may be asked for a DNA sample later.
