Miley Cyrus was at her stylish and cheerful best as she grabbed lunch with gal pal Mandy Jiroux and mother Leticia at City Wok in Studio City on Saturday, January 24.
Miley, 16, wore a black smocked-neck tunic under a long white knit coat and black jeans.
The “Hannah Montana” star accessorized with black calf length slouch boots with brass buckle detail, Fendi Zucchino messenger bag, gold hoop earrings, three multi length gold necklaces with a disk and a Miley pendant and a silver chunky ring on her left hand index finger.
She wore very light makeup. Her two tone long straight hair, left open with a middle parting, seem to have gone a shade lighter.
