Taylor Lautner reportedly splashed out more than $50k on gifts for the singer’s 20th birthday on December 13.
The “Twilight” star had a special surprise the country crooner, who loves the number 13, with a 13 ornately wrapped presents. The gifts comprised a $50,000 ruby necklace, a stuffed teddy bear and even a poster of Kanye West as a gag.
Taylor swift was happy with the gifts as she was thankful to Taylor Lautner for making her birthday as the best birthday she ever had. Unfortunately, the gifts weren’t enough to keep the couple’s romance alive. On December 29, 2009 it was announced the couple had split.
