Tila Tequila has blasted the San Diego District Attorney’s office for dropping her battery case against former boyfriend, footballer Shawne Merriman.
The reality star thinks that the D.A. decide recklessly for not filing criminal charges against Shawne but she will immediately start pursuing civil charges against him.
Tila accused her boyfriend of choking her and was physically restrained by him as she tried to leave his house. But the D. A. decide that there is insufficient evidence to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that Shawne has committed a crime and declared that the case is closed. and there are no further comment will be made.
