Will Gordon Brown Make Prince William & Kate Wait To Wed?

British Prime Minister might force Prince William to wait to wed his longtime girlfriend Kate Middleton because of upcoming election.

Royal couple are believed to plan to wed next summer but they had to scrap it for a General election before June 3, 2010. Brown could choose to call the election early, but is likely to leave it as late as possible due to poor opinion polls.

Protocol prevents the royal family from doing anything to detract attention from an election. It appeared that Prince William and Kate will marry in 2011.
