Lindsay Lohan was involved in a little hit-and-run accident on January 10 after her car allegedly struck a photographer named Koko, who was standing too close to the car in order to get a better shot on the actress.
The photographer, who claimed to have struck by the actress’ car, wants to press charges so badly that will put the actress in jail. Although the Lindsay is not the suspect, it was reported that she was inside the car at the time of the accident. Her driver is now a person of interest in the investigation for a criminal assault with a deadly weapon.
Lindsay was spotted while shopping on Melrose this Sunday. When asked about the accident, she denied it was a hit-and-run. Fortunately, she was spotted with a different assistant to drive her around.
