Courtney Love loses her legal guardianship of her 17 year-old daughter Frances Bean Cobain after a court replaced her from being the girl’s legal guardian.
Wendy O’Connor and Kimberly Dawn Cobain, who is the mother and the sister to Frances’ late father Kurt Cobain, were appointed by the court as the new legal guardians on December 11. It was believed that this legal move typically happens if the parent is not capable of taking care of their kids.
The guardianship includes Frances Bean personally and financial well-being. Courtney’s lawyer Keith Fink dished that Courtney loves her daughter and she knew her grandma will take care of Frances Bean.
