Kelly Osbourne appeared on the Tonight Show with Jay Leno and took a swipe at Duchess Kate.
The TV personality thought the Duchess of Cambridge shouldn’t recycle her wardrobe because her duty entitles her to throw or give away her clothes at the end of every day. If Kelly had that job I would only wear it once because she’s giving up the rest of her life, all of her privacy, at least she can get a new dress every day.
