The “Hannah Montana” star, who recently celebrated a birthday party, described her cake as amazing. Then she revealed that you know you’re a stoner when your friends make you a ‘Bob Miley’ cake. Although her representative didn’t comment, Kelly Osbourne claimed it was all joke as well as the cake.
