Miley Cyrus struggled with her seven-inch Louboutins at the premiere of her new album in Madrid.
The “Hannah Montana” star flaunted her ankle boots, which was matched with black trousers, vest top and a black brassiere. She wants to promote her new album, “Can’t Be Tamed” on May 31.
Miley also hopes that the sales of her CD will achieve the same feat of her debut album “Breakout” in 2008.
