The royal has seen the situation when someone he loves is being commoditized to the point that they are no longer treated or seen as a real person. He even compares the ruthless campaign to the treatment of his late mother, Princess Diana. He adds that he lost his mother and he watches his wife falling victim to the same powerful forces again. The statement is issued on the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s official website. Meanwhile, Duchess Meghan filed a lawsuit against a British newspaper on Sunday for unlawfully publishing a five-page letter that she wrote to her father.
