What Did Princess Beatrice Borrow From Queen Elizabeth II For Her Private Wedding?

Princess Beatrice chose to borrow things from Queen Elizabeth II when she tied the knot with Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi.

The Princess of York wore a second-hand dress for a wedding gown. It was reported that it was first worn by the Queen back in 1962 and it was made by Norman Hartnell. Her dress is a gorgeous white satin gown, which includes a beaded embroidery design from the bodice to the mid-thigh. In order to make the gown more suited to the bride’s taste, a pair of puffed sleeves were added to the gown and the underskirts were removed so it would look like a simple silk trim on the hem. The 31-year-old princess also wore a tiara, which was first worn by her royal grandmother on her wedding day.
