American Idol finally chose its winner for its season 12 after series of auditions, eliminations, performances and judges’ feedback.
Candice Glover and Kree Harrison performed three songs on Wednesday night at the Nokia Theatre L.A. Live. The two contestant held their heads together and closed their eyes when Ryan Seacrest revealed the results. Candice Glover is the new American Idol! And Kree Harrison is season 12’s runner-up. Meanwhile, the judges were standing in ovation.
