Jennifer Aniston Quit Smoking And Stop Drinking Coffee

Jennifer Aniston, a star of the movie “The Break-up”, decided to quit smoking and she is currently dealing with withdrawal symptoms of cigarettes and coffee. She is trying to get rid of her habits of cigarettes and coffee through yoga.

Lauren Allen revealed, “Jen was doing a total cleansing and she did a lot of yoga to stop smoking.” She said, “Between takes, it would have been tempting to go outside and have a cigarette. Instead, Jen was clinging to Courteney. She said how hard it was.” She even added, “I had a diet coke on set, and she (Jennifer) seemed desperate for it.” Lauren Allen is the actress who was hanging with Jennifer Aniston and Courteney Cox last January during the shooting of the lesbian-kissing scene. The scene will be shown on March 27.

    It’s been my experience that you first must really make up your own mind to stop smoking before trying any products. If you’re not commited there is no products that will help you to stop smoking. It’s not easy to quit, but it could save your life…
