Meghan Markle turned 40 years old and the British royal family members have shared their warm greetings to her online.
The Royal Family Instagram account appeared to be the first to post their birthday message on Instagram and Twitter. The message included three pictures and their wish for a very happy birthday today to the Duchess of Sussex. One photo showed Queen Elizabeth II and Meghan smiling together on their joint engagement in June 2018. Prince William and Duchess Kate Middleton, Prince Charles and the Duchess of Cornwall added their own birthday messages minutes later. Royal followers praised the decision to share the social media posts even though Prince Harry and Meghan Markle recently criticized the British royal family publicly with their controversial TV and podcast interviews. Meanwhile, fans who supported the former royal couple donated to charities and organisations, which were supported by the Duchess as part of a fundraising drive they’ve dubbed the #Meghans40celebration.
