A source dished that Britney’s boyfriend was spotted talking to jeweler Pascal Mouaward around 1 p.m. And it was reported that they spent an hour talking about engagement rings for the singer. The source added that they discussed diamonds from the Mouawad private collection. If the report is true, this will be the second marriage for Britney.
