She was briefed by the UK’s student mental health charity on the national picture in a socially distanced circle, before talking to students about their experiences at Derby. She asked Husna Hanif and Laura Oliver if there was enough support at the university and she revealed that’s great to hear that there’s so much support for the pair. She was also spotted with a university-branded umbrella while she spoke to footballers about how their mental health is supported. It was reported that Duchess Kate loved how mental health tasks had been integrated into university life in Derby.
