The Riverside County District Attorney decided not to file criminal charges against Lindsay Lohan, which is related her altercation with a Betty Ford staffer last December.
The D.A. thought there is insufficient evidence to prosecute the “Mean Girls” star. The Palm Desert Police Department had been investigating the incident between the actress and former staffer Dawn Holland. But the D.A. felt the firepower wasn’t there so Lindsay will face other criminal case.
