The 27-year-old party planner wore a skimpy lengths of toilet roll, which is wrapped around her slim figure, as she kneels among the usual dinner party detritus, bottles of whiskey, gin and wine, half-full glasses and playing cards strewn about. Meanwhile, Pippa’s slinky white cowl-neck dress with cap sleeves, which she wore at the royal wedding, became a stylish choice. The back of her dress was studded with tiny silk-covered buttons.
