The “Umbrella” hitmaker, who was dressed in shorts, a yellow shirt and high heels, went to see the landmark on September 22 while having a break between a show in the nation’s capital and her headlining appearance in tomorrow’s opening day of the Rock in Rio festival. Meanwhile, Rihanna previously debuted her brand new single “We Found Love.”
