Vanessa Hudgens has sparked rumors to play a mature role for “Rent” movies. The 21-year-old actress, who was chosen by the director Neil Patrick Harris, is set to make a musical rendition this summer.
A report revealed that Vanessa impressed her director because her voice seems perfect for the role as “Mimi.” The “Disney” beauty appeared to take a challenging role since her rock-opera debut will start on August 6 at the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles.
Vanessa was previously seen with her boyfriend Zac Efron at the 2010 Inaugural St. Jude Children’s Hospital’s “Estrellas Por La Vida” Gala in Los Angeles on April 7. The celebrity couple looked fabulous.
