Kate Middleton is determined to add curves so that she could fill out wedding gown.
The brunette beauty introduced wholemeal toast, oatcakes, porridge and cereals into her diet. She was advised by her nutirionist to ditch the protein-rich Dukan diet, to eat 5-6 times a day and to have a big breakfast.
Kate also cut back on weights to avoid looking too muscular. She continued her cardiovascular regime of running and cycling because she wants curves.
