Lindsay Lohan has finally received a one-day pass at Betty Ford to celebrate Thanksgiving in Los Angeles.
Her 15-hour pass allowed her to leave rehab this morning but she will be back by late tonight. The “Freaky Friday” star will reunite with friends and her father Michael Lohan.
Her assistant picked her up as Lindsay will make the two hour drive from Palm Springs to Los Angeles.
