Lindsay Lohan was spotted arriving at opening ceremony in West Hollywood on August 29.
The “Mean Girls” star, who was in clad in a ripped shirt and jeans, was joined by gal pal Eliat Anschel for the day’s retail romp. Lindsay turned designated driver with a visit to Chateau Marmont the previous night.
She was followed by photographers down Sunset Blvd to the Pacific Palisades.
