The 27-year-old party planner was spotted when she relaxed on a boat trip in Retiro Park with George Percy and a female pal. The son of Duke of Northumberland showed off his rowing skills. Earlier, Pippa, who wore a smart beige skirt, black jacket and heels, partied until 4am at The Penthouse bar.
